Archiving for Quicken Rental

I've been using quicken rental for many years. My current file goes back to 2011. I would like to archive the 2011 data through end of year 2016, removing it from my working current file. How can I do it? When complete where do I find the old data if I want to review it?
Thanks,
Mark L
