My computer crashed and i'm trying to recover my Quicken account. How do I do that?

When I open Quicken it looks like a brand new account. I have been using Quicken for over a decade. How do I recover my files?

    Do you have backups that were stored somwhere OTHER than on your hard drive?
    Try restoring the most recent of them.
