Quicken Windows Subscription Member
After updating bank and credit card accounts transactions today, all my credit cards are now duplicated (shows two accounts in the list on the left side of the page). The new credit accounts show only opening balance not transactions. Also, Chase and Citi did not update.

Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to post your issue, although I apologize that you haven't received a response.
Do you recall seeing any additional prompts when updating that could have caused extra accounts to be added?
If you haven't done so already, I would start by restoring a backup from prior to the duplication.

If you receive the duplication again after restoring the backup file, can you please provide more details as to what happens prior to the duplication?
