Downloading purchased products from Quicken.

I mistakenly purchased two copies of Quicken Home Business RPM 2019 Direct Download. I can't find anywhere on the website where I can download nor are there Activation Codes on the two confirming emails. Can anyone advise me?

To obtain the installer app go to quicken.com and sign on. You will see the download option at the bottom. You do not need the code if purchased directly from Quicken.

If you want to refund a copy of H&B you need to contact support.

How long ago did you buy the copies of Quicken?

I purchased it all from Quicken's website.
1st copy was on December 2, 2019. (That's the 2yr item.)
2nd copy was on March 23, 2020. (for 1yr.)
A few minutes later on March 23rd, I got an email regarding my "Membership".
I have no idea where I can find your response thread, whatever a thread i.
