Errors downloading multiple accounts today using Macbook Air

I am having FI blocking errors with Bank of America, Pacific Premier Bank, Chase, Citibank and other sites today. Is this a system-wide problem?

    Have you tried logging into your online accounts with these FIs?  There seems to be something going on today with many sites being down for things like system problems, system maintenance, "technical" issues, etc.  Out of 16 FIs I was able to log in on only 4 initially but now I can log into 8.  One such site that has been down all morning is Citibank.
