48+ hours USBANK Direct connect failing to update

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
Typically resolves all by its self in 2-3 hours this has now been at least 2-3 days. Anyone else having issues? I've completely created a new quicken file and tried to download just to make sure there's no corruption with my file and same error message
