Account Details > Online Services tab > Deactivate.
Account Details > General tab > manually delete all Financial Institution Information (such as account number, customer ID, etc.) from the top right corner (the area circled in red in the following pic---you will see different information than shown here but this is the area that all information is to be removed).
Account Details > Online Services tab > Set up Now
During the set up process:
In the popup where you enter your new username and PW, if you check the box for "Save this password" it will be saved to your Password Vault.
You will be given the option to link the download to your brokerage account. Be sure to link it...don't click on Add Account or Ignore.
You will likely get some duplicate transactions downloaded to your account register. Those need to deleted.

I should have also mentioned that when all you want to do is change the PW you just go into your PW Vault and change it there. But the Userid is protected in the General tab so if you want to change it you need to unprotect it and then manually remove it via this deactivate/reactivate process.
