Downgrading back to Quicken Deluxe 2017

I am not happy with the new subscription model, I don't use any of the features. Is it possible to downgrade or convert the 2020 files to use them in Quicken 2017? I don't have enough transactions at my age to care about online services.

You can revert to Quicken 2017. The Quicken data file format hasn't changed since 2016.Quicken Subscription HBRP - Windows 105

But be aware, if you do that, apparently after the end of this month (April) Quicken 2017 will NO LONGER be able to download transactions. At least that's the warning I received as a user of 2017. [removed - rant/off-topic]0

@Bob_Alder @krlee already stated in his question that he isn't interested in "online services", so he already knows he won't be able to download transactions.
