Double transaction when using bill pay

I programmed a manua bill to pay on the 3th of the month. I pay it in my bank account. The bank download show the payment made. But when I go into quicken, bill and income, bill. I then see it there, so click enter to enter payment. When I am done, I end up with 2 transactions that are the same. How to avoid that to happen.
