Placeholder Transaction Keeps Reappearing

I am having the same issue, set up new investment account, with assets transferring from another account and a new security (one we have never had) started showing up. Keep trying to delete it, and it comes back. I am regularly downloading transactions and that doesn't make it go away. any ideas?
