    Hello @bodidly31,

    Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community and post your issue, although I apologize that you're experiencing difficulties downloading transactions from PayPal into Quicken.

    What version/release of Quicken are you using? You can find that under Quicken>About Quicken. Also, do you receive any error messages?

    There have been other reports of Users experiencing issues with downloading transactions from PayPal as well, as discussed here.

    Hi Natalie,
    The version on my quicken is found under the Quicken Menu and it 5.15.3 and my macOS is 10.15.4.

    I do not get any errors, and I have gone thru the setup and confirmed the pw with PayPal.

    NOTE: I tried updating it today, and it magically updated.
