Updating from a Bank

I some accounts at a credit union is not down loading transactions. It has not done it for the last few days. It mentions something about some banks are having restrictions on the server. It shows an error (28). It says that quicken is working with certain banks to solve the issue. I was wondering if there has been any progress?
