Crashing every time I try to do 'Update All Online Accounts' or 'Update Selected Online Account'

Subject line says it all. I can't get any online account updates to work - quicken crashes every time. Never seen this before.

If you haven't done so already, I would start by restoring a backup file that was saved prior to the crashes beginning.
