How do I change the Invoice format to one I have created and exists in Invoice Format Forms?

I've created 2 Invoice formats. Both exist in Invoice Format Forms. One format has a logo one format does not have a logo. When I go to create a new invoice for a customer ("Invoice - Customer Invoices") the only format that is displayed in the Layout box is "Invoice Default" and under this is "<customize>".... neither of the two invoice formats which I created exists in this list thus, I cannot select or change the invoice layout. What am I doing wrong?????

Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to post your issue, although I apologize that you haven't received a response.
May I ask that you navigate to Help > About Quicken and provide the release you are running?
If you haven't done so already, I would recommend running the Validate & Repair tool on the data file from the File menu > File Operations > Validate & Repair option.In the Validate File window that opens, click the top box to "validate file" and then click OK.
When the validation completes, a data log will open in Notepad, please let us know if any errors or issues are found/repaired, and when ready close and re-open Quicken.
After completing this process, are the invoice layouts still unavailable?
