WHY CAN"T I GET THE UPDATE?

Everytime I open Quicken it says I need to geta new version and downloads will stop on 5/1. # times before I tried to upgrade to the new Quicken but it comes back and says my version is good until May 15th. Today I tried to download and it says I have to install new version. Again I try to install new version and it stops me and says I'm OK until May 15th? Do I need to go to a store and BUY the new version there???

What Q product are you running and what BUILD of that product? Do HELP, About Quicken for this info. Also, if it's there, what's your "Valid Thru" date?
