How can I solve a problem loading Quicken 2020

I bought the latest version of Quicken for Windows to replace Quicken 2017. When I tried to install it the install failed (error 1310) and I found that there were 4 files in the <program files (x86)/Quicken> folder that had not been removed. Nothing I do seems able to remove them. In their "properties/security" tab there is a message that says I need read permissions to read the properties of the files. It won't let me change permissions because I don't have permission to change permissions. Logging in as administrator doesn't help. These files have normal permissions in the copy of Quicken 2017 on my other computer. The problem files are DPIInfo.exe, quickenPatch.exe, qw.exe & qwSubprocess.exe. What do I do now?

Follow the instructions in this article: QCleanUI - Clean UninstallYou may not be able to do the part in Control Panel, but try anyway.I always delete the folders rather than renaming them, I have never seen any instructions that used the renamed folders at a later time.
-splasher using Q continuously since 1996
- Subscription Quicken - Win11 and QW2013 - Win11
