Problem creating a budget

I've used Quicken for years but have never created a budget. Following the instructions from Quicken Help gets me to a screen that says "Create a Budget" at the bottom but nothing happens when I click on it. Getting frustrated!!!

Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. Are you in the planning tab when trying to create the new budget? I recommend taking a look at the article here to see if we're able to get a budget created.

After clicking on GET STARTED, a Create a New Budget window should open:

I suggest increasing window's size to enable the GET STARTED to appear.

Francisco & Sherlock. I am in the planning tab. I looked at the instructions from Francisco sent but I don't get a drop down menu.
