How to resume reconciling my checking account
Rod F.
I hope that this is the correct forum to ask my question.
I started reconciling my checking account a while back. I ran into a problem which at the time I didn't know how to get around. Asking in these forums I learned that my problem was I was trying to use the online sync, which for whatever reason just caused me problems. So, I've disabled that feature.
Due to needing to pay close attention to what was going on with my family, the Coronavirus, etc. I didn't get back to trying to resume reconciling my checking account. I am at a point now where I can resume reconciling my checking account. So, how do I do that? Normally when I try to reconcile my checking account Quicken asks me for the start date, end date beginning balance and ending balance from the bank statement. Those I've previously entered, so I don't know how to proceed with where I left off.

When we reconcile a register to a statement obtained from a financial institution, only the closing date and balance are used.
To start or resume a reconcile, open the register and press
