Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. There is a useful tool inside of the program if you're ever wondering about any of the tools inside of quicken. Across the top if you click on help -> Quicken Help. From here is a directory that will help you with finding out any info you're looking for on the program including using the bills and scheduled transactions.

Have you looked in the online help within Quicken Mac?

First, if you are using version 5.15.x, select Help > What's New in Quicken 5.15 and click to the second slide, which provides a very quick overview of Quick Pay and Check Pay.

Then, on the Help menu, select Quicken Help. Then select the "Bills & Income" heading on the right side for instructions on creating scheduled transactions, and the "Bill Pay" heading for instructions on using Quick Pay and Check Pay. There's a lot of information there.

Post back if there are things you don't understand or are having trouble with.
