CC 503 Error

My credit union tcfedcu.org is the only one of my One Step Updates that gives me problems. I get a CC 503 error saying the CU claims the password is incorrect and to change it and retry. I assure you that it IS correct. I am able to go to their website and download transactions into Quicken, but it is frustrating because it used to work.

    Please do TOOLS, Account list and tell us what's in the "Transactions Download' column for this account.
    If it indicates "Express Web connect" (Including "YES (Improve Connection)", then certain special characters are prohibited in both the account name and the password.
    SO, do you use any special characters in those fields?  If so, which?

    All of the above is true. East Traverse Catholic CU changed it's name last year to Traverse Catholic CU. etcfcu.org redirects to tcfedcu.org and upon sign-in redirects to www.itsme247.com. When trying to connect with Quicken subscription, I get a CC-503 or a CC-509. I removed all special characters, rebooted and waited overnight, and still have the same problem.

    If you haven't done so already, I'd say it's time to call Quicken Support on the phone and request help.  Let them do a screen share session with you to review a download log file on your computer, to determine the nature of the problem and to figure out how to fix it.
