For some time I've not been able to download my account transactions from TD bank.

Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. Do you get any specific error message when trying to connect to td bank? Does it just say no new transactions downloaded? Did you recently convert to the new version?
We could try to reset the account real quick to see if we're able to get connection back. Across the top go to tools -> Account list. From here click edit to the right of your td bank account. The popup should have a tab at the top with one saying online services. You'll see the reset button just down below from here and it will ask you to sign into your bank.Please try this out and let me know how it goes!
