Quicken2020 converting Quicken2010 data freezes at the final conversion stage.

Contacted Support and tried multiple alternatives including re-download and install program with Firewall downed. Base version is Quicken2010 H&B and targetting for Quicken2020 Deluxe upgrade. Data size close to 700MB. Strong desire to migrate data over. Any suggestion or recommendation are welcomed.

Instead of converting an open file, convert from a Restored Manual Backup.

1) I have tried to install a copy of Q2013 and convert my Q2010 data. Program crashed during conversion.
2) Followed the steps to clean up my computer, download and reinstall Q2020. I am now able to see the Q2020 initial screen. In compare to the first time install, program went straight to conversion and crashed then.
3) Run and validate another copy of Q2010 data; program crashed again at the last phase of conversion.
4) Restore a Q2010 backup file. Program successfully restored; however, it again crashed at the last phase of conversion.
5) Sent the BUGSPLAT report to Quickens. Awaiting for news.
