Unable to Create Quicken Account after Purchasing from Site

I just purchased a subscription online and got past the "Payment" and "Review" processes. At "Create Account," however, I'm stuck as it says "Oops! Something went wrong" every time I try to create.
If I try to sign in with the same email I provided on the purchase, I'm met with a "This Quicken ID does not exist" error. Clicking "Forgot your Quicken ID or password" sends nothing to my email either.
I'm not sure what's going on. I've been receiving promotional emails at this address since 2017 so it seems like I'm at least partially in the system?

Hi @thecreator,
I purchased Quicken Deluxe online from https://www.quicken.com/pulse/email/deluxe0 -
Update: I tried registering an account from another computer, and this time it worked! I can sign in and see my subscription and everything. I wonder if it was bad cookies? In any case, my issue is resolved.
For whoever is interested, I was using Chrome on Windows 10 in both cases.0
