Category Sync issue illegal operation

Last week I began getting this error message when performing a sync.
The category "Auto Expense Reimbursement" was not synced. illegal operation:(0)

I have no such category. I triple checked! so I preformed a validation then a super validation. That did not fix the issue. I deleted my cloud data. That did not fix the problem either.
I created a new data file with just one account to sync with no categories and that worked fine but I don't want to start building a complete new data file due to the years of building the one I need fixed nor do I prefer to use quicken without being able to mobile sync. Need some help figuring out where that problem category came from
