QRPM crashes several times a day.

I already uninstalled (using the Quicken uninstall tool) and reinstalled the program. Also already restarted, many times. No diff. DK what to try next. Also the program is excruciatingly slow, the screen turns black and flashes, takes 50 sec to perform an edit, and more. User since 2004.
