How to get my banking transactions from dates before I used Quicken?

I started using Quicken in March 2020 but my Jan-Feb transactions will not download to Quicken.

Downloads initiated from within Q typically only go back 30-90 days ... a period determined by your bank/card/brokerage/etc ... not by Q.BUT, if your financial institutions allow it, see if this helps.
