    You might ask your question a different why as in what you want to do, you might get lucky.  The Planning tab on Windows has the following:

    Quicken Mac does have a budget, and I'm pretty sure you can at least do some report which would be the equivalent of the Tax Center.  For the rest, maybe in the future.
