Quicken Won't Open

Have been using Quicken for years but today when I double clicked to launch, it didn't open correctly. It asked for my password and there was an icon on the taskbar but that's it. I can't get it to do anything when I select the icon. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the software. Ideas?

Please provide the version of Quicken being used: select Help > About Quicken

I suggest you hover the mouse cursor over the Quicken taskbar icon until the preview window appears, right-click on the preview window, and select Restore or Maximize
