'Your account has been temporarily locked' is absurd!!

I failed to write my password correctly multiple times and now I cannot login and receive this message
'Your account has been temporarily locked.
You've exceeded the number of sign in attempts. Please try again later.'
This is an absolutely unacceptable action to be taken by a financial program! I am trying to sort through my personal finances and have a short amount of time to do so. It is a holiday weekend and thus support is closed and cannot reset my account. Without knowing when I can try again (I tried again after an hour) only that it might be unlocked 'later', I guess I am totally out of luck.
Please bump this issue to the developers! I can see by the number of posts on the community that many more people have been stymied by this 'feature'.
