reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. This issue has been happening since the update correct? Are the errors all the same error message? It seems like something else might be preventing them from connecting but I'm unsure. If you wouldn't mind contacting support I would recommend doing so and sharing your screen if you're comfortable doing so. It seems like it could be something to do on our back end but it's hard to say for certain. I'll also list our hours below so you can find a time that works best for you.
