Getting credit alert emails, but no credit alert in Quicken

I know that I SHOULD be receiving alerts. I'm getting them from my other credit monitoring services such as Credit Karma, but they are no longer showing in Quicken. Why are the alerts no longer working in Quicken and how do I fix it?

    If you haven't already, I suggest you:
    • review the Credit Limit set on the General tab on Account Details window: open the account and press Ctrl + Shift + E
    • check Credit card limits in the Banking section on the Setup tab in the Alerts Center window: select Tools > Alerts Center

    Then don't you think you should clarify what alerts you are talking about?

    Thanks for jumping in to add zero value Chris. It says credit alert in my post and I also mention credit monitoring. Nowhere do I say anything about credit limit or credit card.
