report on payees by type? e.g. minority-owned, women-owned?

I would like to know how much money I'm spending with different Payees by their characteristics. So, specifically, I want to be able to track how much I spend at small, minority-owned, and women-owned businesses, both in number of transactions, and value of transactions in a period. I would use this to distribute my spending a bit more toward some equity goals. Any ideas how I could do that? I can't see how to categorize my payees in any way.
