    Windows Quicken Premiere 2020 R26.23,  Build 27.1.26.23
    A new IRA was started in my Wells Fargo Advisors account but when I try to add the account in Quicken I get the "unknown type" message and it won't add the account. I've been trying for almost a week and I keep getting the same message.
    Unusual Circumstances
    • The account has a zero balance since it hasn't been funded yet. However, the account does exist as Quicken sees it.
    • The account is owned by my wife. I use her login to access WF. Our other Quicken accounts for WF are accessed with my login.

    brokerage IRAs should work with Quicken but they do not support Quicken for CD IRA accounts. Does that explain your situation?
