Need advice on why I can't download transactions

My bank is USAA. I can't get transactions through either direct connect or quicken connect.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community regarding your issue, though I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this and apologize for not having received a response yet.
If you haven't already, I suggest trying to add your accounts using Direct Connect with USAA in a test file.- File > New... > Start From Scratch > Follow the prompts until you're able to add the accounts.

I've been working on this for two days and have even recreated my accounts. But I still can't get transactions downloaded0
