Need advice on why I can't download transactions

My bank is USAA. I can't get transactions through either direct connect or quicken connect.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community regarding your issue, though I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this and apologize for not having received a response yet.

If you haven't already, I suggest trying to add your accounts using Direct Connect with USAA in a test file.

• File > New... > Start From Scratch > Follow the prompts until you're able to add the accounts.

Once the accounts have been added, see if the issue persists in the test file as well or if you receive a different result.

I've been working on this for two days and have even recreated my accounts. But I still can't get transactions downloaded
