Why can't I delete bills that are imported from an old file?

I exported my Quicken file from a mac to a Windows machine, and the bills I had set up were imported without due dates. However, the program won't let me edit or delete them.

Sometimes a picture is worth a thousand words …
Can you please capture one or more images of the parts of your Quicken window showing the issue, sensitive information blacked out as necessary to protect your privacy but annotated to describe the situation, and attach the image(s) here?

Please save it to a file of file type PNG, JPG, or GIF only. They're easier to work with than PDF files.

  • As you can see in the attached image, the due date is "none," and it won't let me delete them. I can add new bills, and they show up correctly, but the first dozen or so are in the way, and I have to scroll past them to see the bills that actually are relevant.
