Is the envelope budgeting changes to the budgeting 'tab' a different topic here in the community that I can follow?

Here's a link to the Idea post for envelope budgeting which is marked as "Planned".
There's not much to "follow", though; Quicken never posts progress or any information about Idea topics beyond changing the status to "Planned".
