State Farm Federal Credit Union Website changed, online biller not working

State Farm Federal Credit Union recently underwent a full website overhaul and Quicken is still trying to connect to the old web page for online biller syncing. The url should probably be: https://my.statefarmfcu.com/Authentication. What's it take to have have Quicken update this information within the app? It'd be really nice if we had the ability to manually update addresses when things like this happen or just click a button to send a notice to quicken that the address is incorrect.

    Hello @spaceace999,
Thank you for posting about your concern. I just checked; Starting in Quicken, from the Bills & Income tab, when adding an Online Biller, the link (which is hard coded into the software) for State Farm Federal Credit Union is https://www.statefarmfcu.com/.

From the public facing SFFCU website, the "Log In to Online Banking" web page is https://my.statefarmfcu.com/Authentication.

Space Ace, when you try to add SFFCU as an Online Biller, were you successful setting it up? I'm trying to gather exact details so if need be we can get the software updated.

Note: Anyone else who also uses SFFCU - were you successful setting up SFFCU as an Online Biller? Please post to this thread so we can confirm the exact circumstances of success/failure so we can take appropriate actions. Thanks for your help.

    Thank you,
    Quicken Hugh

    Hello Hugh,

I too get an error when adding State Farm as a biller. The website states my account is locked, but I am able to log into State Farm website successfully. Cannot find any evidence of my state Farm account being locked so I do suspect it has to do with the change in the State Farm website.
