Quicken crashes when I click Planning

How do I report a problem? My quicken crashes when I click the planning option in the blue menu? It happened last week and is still happening.

If you haven't rebooted Windows since you installed the latest software update, please do so now and then try Quicken again.

Well, I did that, but it said it would only address it as a statistical fact.
