Check payee address same as manual bill...check pay option turned off??

Tried adding check pay payee from + sign....no check pay was created. I then attempted to add same payee as a new manual bill. Since addresses were same...check pay option turned off. It now forces me to print and mail a check...exactly why I purchased Premier Version

I have a few questions to help me understand what could be happening.
First, do you recall completing the verification process to enable Check Pay?
If the account has never been enabled for Check Pay, please take a moment to review the steps and information available here.
If the account had previously been enabled and is now no longer working, were you ever able to successfully complete a Check Pay payment?
Please let me know!
