My Account on Quicken.com is Blank

Got the banner to renew my membership to Quicken. However, clicking the link opens a blank Quicken browser window.

I tried logging in to Quicken.com and clicking on My Account, but it also shows a blank window.

How am I supposed to renew this software if you won't even show the payment page?

I suggest you close your browser, reopen it and try logging into your account, again.
If that doesn't work you'll need to contact Quicken Support to get it addressed:  https://www.quicken.com/support#windows

I tried 3 different browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox). All had the same blank screen.

I followed your link and clicked "Talk to Support." Nothing happens. Thank you for trying to help.

Would be nice if actual Quicken Support would respond.

To start Chat or see the support phone number, your browser must allow popup windows from https://www.quicken.com

    Thank you. This fixed it.

It begs the question, why does Quicken.com need to have "Ads" allowed to work? In other words, the rest of the internet thinks that parts of the Quicken.com website are spam, but we have to use it for billing purposes...

Because there is just one site.  They definitely have ads on Quicken.com, and they definitely do the billing on the same site.

Many anti-adware programs, especially when the preferences have been set to "strict", view any popup up as potential ads.  It doesn't necessarily mean that the Quicken popup is an ad.  FYI, I have popups allowed for Quicken.com but I still have my anti-adware programs set to block ads on Quicken.com and I experience no problems accessing any of Quicken.com including my Quicken ID account.
