Cash Managment ID & PW???

I have a retail Online Banking, and Quicken 2020 - why, in addition to my username/PW is it asking for a Cash Management User Name/PW? My Online Banking at my bank is a retail set up, not a business, so I only use a Username/PW. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Some banks (and other financial institutions) have special login and/or online account authorization settings requirements for account access with Quicken. I think 6 of my 20 financial institutions have such requirements. I suggest you log in to your online account and do a search for Quicken or download transactions to see if your bank has such a requirement. I've also been successful finding this kind of information with a Google search for the name of the bank followed by Quicken.
