Quicken has a Cash Flow report:
Reports > Banking > Cash Flow.
After the report is pulled up you can customize it to your liking by clicking on the Gear icon at the top right of the the report. Play around with the date range, column and rows, Accounts, Categories, Payees, etc..
Once you've customized it to your liking you can save the report either under the same name or a customized name (Quicken will prompt you to make a decision regarding this when you close the report every time you change something in the customization). The next time you want to pull it up go to
Reports > My Reports
and select the name you saved it as. It will come up just like you had customized it the last time so you don't need to customize it all over again, unless you want to.
All of Quicken's reports work like this. They are pretty flexible and valuable tools.
