How do I turn off "Is this the ..." reminder?

The info below is on the web.  I followed the instructions and still getting these messages
 My version is 2013.  Any suggestions?

How do I turn off the reminder "Is this the next scheduled payment for...?"

To turn off the pop-up window for Is this the next scheduled payment for...?

Go to Tools menu > Manage Bills and Income Reminders
     Click on the Options drop-down menu.
     Click on Suggested Reminders. 
     Uncheck the option Review my accounts for reminders to suggest.

There isn't any way to turn off that message.

From what people have said (but I haven't verified) it comes from having a similar payee name to a reminder's payee name around the same time.  And as such the suggestion is to change the reminder or other payee name so that they aren't similar to each other.
