Quicken saves my file to my iCloud Account. How do I save it to my PC?

Quicken will do that or at least add the new location as #1 when you open that file by double-clicking on the newly MOVED file.
To get rid of non-existent files in the recent file list, like the one you MOVED from the cloud, select it from the File menu in Quicken, it should fail and offer to remove it from the list.-splasher using Q continuously since 1996

Just move the file to a local folder, Documents/Quicken is the default location.Once moved, double click on the file in the new location to start Quicken with that file and reset the Recent File list.
