Edward Jones investment PRINCIPAL is not flowing correctly to Quicken

Im desperate. I guess Edward Jones made a security change May and implemented in a roll out; didn't tell anyone. I use quicken 2020 and Windows 10. Problem is, the Security Total Amount is incorrect, YET the Cash Available is correct. Until this roll out I have never had a problem, . The cash available transactions and balance are exactly correct; BUT the Security Value is off; one account by over 375 and the other by 295. I've had qucken on the phone for hours. I've reset, I've de-activated and reactivated. The amount I'm off seems to change almost daily in each account. I've read about cost basis and shares ect; but again never any issue. How did this happen, is there a way around it? Is it an edward Jones issue? ie could they have changed he fields they flow? any help would be great.
