Error CC-501: Can't download transactions from Capital One 360

Quicken Windows Subscription Member
I've been getting error CC-501 repeatedly for a few days and can't download transactions from Capital One 360. (Windows subscription, 2020). I reset my accounts successfully hoping that would fix it but continue to get the error. Transactions from other banks are downloading just fine, it's just this bank that doesn't work.

Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to post your issue, although I apologize that you haven't received a response.
An "It's not your fault" error will require a contact to support for a review of the log files and possible escalation to resolve.https://www.quicken.com/support#contact-support
When contacting support, be sure to let them know how long you have been receiving this error.
