I have also had a problem with Quicken showing wrong closing price. The latest problem occurred on 20 July 2020 and involved most stocks in a Fidelity account. Three particular stocks involved were AAPL, ADBE, AMGN.
I did a one-step update at 7:45 PM ET on Monday 20 July and many stocks had the wrong price. Looking at the expanded view in the investing page I could see that all the stocks that were in error still had the closing price from Friday 17 July. I did another refresh at 12:20 AM ET on Tuesday 21 July and all stock prices remained the same as the previous refresh (ie had closing price from 17 July). I then closed Quicken and did another refresh. At that time all stocks were correctly refreshed to the closing prices for 20 July.0 -
This is a known problem that will be fixed in a future release.
The workaround is after One Step Update go to the Investing tab/Portfolio view and select the Update button.Signature:
