How to Pay Comcast/Xfinity on a Future Date?

    Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to report this issue, although I apologize that you haven't received a response.

    In reviewing the online biller profile, I see that the synced information is from last month, I suspect this may be why the ability to schedule a future transaction is currently unavailable.

    I have a few questions to help me better understand could be happening.

    First, what is the due date listed on this biller? Was this biller successfully paid last month? (If a monthly bill)

    Have you attempted to update the billers on the bills and income screen?

    Please let me know!

  • The due date is 8/3/2020.
    I have paid the biller many times over the years, including last month, using Bill Pay, not Quick Pay.
    I have tried MULTIPLE times to update this biller.

    I have gone ahead reported this biller, please allow at least 48 hours before attempting to schedule a payment.

    Once 48 hours have passed, please take a moment to review these steps and information available here to schedule a future dated payment using Quicken Bill Manager.
