Downloading Zelle payments made at my bank

When Quicken downloads a Zelle payment I made via my bank (Chase) website the first character of the memo is missing

Look in the ofxlog (Help menu) and see if it is even being downloaded.
Next look on the Account List (Tools menu) for the download method, if Direct Connect, you need to complain to the financial institution, if it is Express Web Connect, contact
