How to display multiple accounts on one screen

I've used Quicken for many years. In a previous version, I was able to open several accounts and display them simultaneously on my screen. I found it a wonderful planning tool, being able to see what an action with one bank account did to another account. But, when I transitioned from Quicken 17 to the subscription service, I apparently lost that capability. Whenever I open a second account, the first account closes. Is there a way to display multiple accounts on one screen with the subscription service?

Yes, you can. Go to Edit > Preferences > Registers > check the box for Use pop-up Registers.

I must have done something truly weird... the box is already checked. But I can have only one account register open at a time.0

When I click on my accounts the popups open one on top of the other so it looks like there is only one popup. But if I change the size of the top popup or click and drag it to the side I can then see the one beneath it. Have you tried that?If that doesn't work, have you tried to close Quicken and reopen it to see if that fixes it?
